How RipHQ verifies every pack

1. Register the sealed unit first

Before a box or case is opened, RipHQ photographs its seals and publishes a digital fingerprint of the registration record. The record identifies the unit and establishes that registration happened before extraction.

2. Record every pack leaving the unit

Extraction is recorded continuously. The registration transaction hash appears in the footage, tying the recording to the earlier public record. Every extracted pack receives a label and is accounted for, so the unit cannot quietly disappear halfway through processing.

3. Give each pack a unique fingerprint

Each extracted pack receives a random glitter mark. Its particle arrangement is photographed and hashed, and the random arrangement makes reproducing the same fingerprint impractical.

4. Match the fingerprint on the opening video

The uninterrupted pack proof video starts by showing the same glitter fingerprint and then records the physical opening. The card images in the customer reveal come from that recording, connecting the digital experience to the physical cards.

5. Resolve every pack publicly

A registered unit remains open until every pack has a final outcome: sold, retired, or excluded with a written reason. If a failure happens after extraction, excluded contents are documented when the unit resolves. Exclusions remain part of the public record.

What is stored on-chain?

RipHQ stores hashes, which are digital fingerprints of evidence, not card images, videos, or hidden card contents. Recalculating a matching hash shows that a file has not changed since the commitment was published.
